The amount of cackling I do reading my play by plays is hilarious.

I should film myself reading one. It's just good fun.

I'm slightly disappointed I only scored 30 points this week BTW. WTF. That's poverty offense. And another piss poor 3-10 on third down. WTF.

Nice performance by the defense. Gameplan totally destroyed Overland Park.

Pending future results, I may just leave Devin McCourty at FS. He's been there two weeks in a row now with stellar results.

Come at me, Sandbox.

VARSITY
Big plays continue to kill us in Duluth. We gave up a 79 yard run and also lost a fumble that resulted in a 12-yard touchdown drive.

Phillip Rivers is pretty mediocre for us at QB, which is hurting us, but I really can't figure out the defensive problem. I don't think we're weak but we continue to give up points like crazy.

Awesome shootout between Clearwater and Austin.

C'est la vie, Percy Harvin.

If you doubled Percy Harvin's numbers he would have finished the Sandbox year with 134 catches for 1,590 yards and 22 TDs with only 2 drops.

Lord.

Thought League 1 might be interested in some amazing stats from League 2. I don't really see anything this crazy in our league, apart from Von Miller having 15 sacks.

Quote:
Notable stats at the halfway mark:

Rancho Cucamonga is racking up the sacks. 40 already at the midpoint. That's insane.

Meanwhile Independence has allowed 42 sacks. Ouch.

Andy Dalton has already thrown 19 interceptions.

St. Louis is running Adrian Peterson into the ground. He has 196 carries already, which puts him on pace for an impressive 2,500 yards and 26 TD.

Greg Hardy has 19 freakin' sacks. Nineteen.

DeMarcus Ware has 15. Not bad.

BTW, I still don't have WR Stephen Hill available. He's been gone since week 4.

I don't even know what to say about my shootout with Clearwater. On the one hand, his offense is stacked, so I shouldn't be surprised. But I also have 4 starting CBs in my secondary and two decent safeties. And on top of the 6 Rodgers TDs, he scrambled for 85 yards. Rodgers just destroyed me. I'm glad my offense was able to make a game out of it, though, considering that my defense didn't show up at all. Coming back from down 21-0 was cool, but I couldn't keep it up.

Edit: Also, despite not fumbling once all season, Vick Ballard had a crucial fumble that gave Clearwater the ball at my 2 yard line.

WR Mike Williams isn't available for me even though he played in Week 9.

And I get him for one more day...

He's unquestionably the biggest loss in Sandbox this year. I'm pretty much dead in the water once he goes down.

The Broncos will use tonight's game against St. Joseph as a scrimmage to gameplan for Anchorage next week.

Thanks in advance, St. Jo.
