Movies and TV Digital Antenna Advice - Page 2

I have a co-worker who is getting ready to get rid of her cable. She's getting an Amazon Fire Stick, and she'll be using her daughter's logins.

I guess I actually have two questions which she asked me that I'm asking you:

1. Good digital antenna for receiving local channels? She has friends who have some, but they constantly say how sometimes certain channels come in spotty.

2. What can you tell me about Sling TV? I think I've heard of it, but I know nothing about it to give her any advice.

We use the Mohu Leaf posted above. When we cut the cord, we weren’t sure how we’d like it so we didn’t want to make a big investment. In Louisville we lived pretty close to downtown and its performance was pretty spotty. Now we are way out in the KC burbs but it works flawlessly, so your mileage may vary. As far as Sling TV goes, we’ve done the trials for all of the services and felt it was the worst.
