The creators of the Souls series (From Software) have released a new PS4 exclusive called Bloodborne

It's one of the most challenging games out there currently and it's fun as hell.

Huh, can you link me to that? From Soft just sent out a patch that makes this game even better. No more 2 minute load times, good lore on the load screens etc. However, they also took out a lot of the "glitches" that allow players to get around certain things.

Huh. I guess I couldn't find it. The only place they're showing is way later in the game. I did see a way to cheat on echos in the clinic though.

It's in nightmare of mensis. When you get past the first boss. Light the lamp. Then go up the stairs and go to the right. There's an elevator. It goes down and there's a big black window you roll and jump into. Then have some sedatives, run past the brain guys that frenzy you. Use a sedative if need be. Run past the spiders and you see a lever at the end. Pull it. Then turn back and go forward some and there's a black hole on the right to jump down into. Turn right and head out the door to your right, and go down grabbing all of the items around. Then there's a big hole you jump down to. Make sure you land on the ground not where you dump the brain into. There's an item there (blood rock).

Yeah, I am trying not to shit myself whilst navigating through the Choir level. It's some spooky shit. After I leveled up a bit, I kicked the shit out of The Martyr King Logarious dude, got thru the Unseen Village (pain in the ass laser shooting **** face) so now I'm getting thru the Choir.
Asshole wolves and brain sucking shitheads. I've got my Ludvig's Sword at +8 and buffed like a mofo but I was really having a time until I finally bought the Canehurst armor. That is some good shit there.

I pulled the trigger and got this.

Last of us, COD advanced warfare, killzone, watch dogs traded in at gamestop and I'm blown away.

I am finding it really difficult however but I'm getting better. I've only been playing for a tiny bit but I'm at central yarman where you climb that ladder. I'm really stuck after that part and struggling to stay alive. any advice for a noob?

Also am I missing out on any weapons at this point. I have the saw cleaver and pistol. Am I missing out on anything weapon wise?

Another question I've seen vids of people playing with different weapons, swords, etc. Am I able to use those swords and other weapons at some point in the game or am I only limited to that one class and since I picked the cleaver and pistol?

Other than that, I'm finding it phenominal and looking really good on my tv.

clearly the framerate could be better but I haven't been excited about a game like this in a long time, just typing about it makes me wanna pop it back in and try again. I'm loving the challenge and ATMOSPHERE of this title. really creepy imo.

Any other help/advice would mean so much, especially regarding online and co op. I chose offline when the game started, I didn't know what online meant exactly. Again, new to this and never played the souls games however I did research on them and they look pretty cool.

Central Yarnham is going to kick your ass for a while. You'll come across new weapons as you play through the game.

First off, good job on killing both bosses. Gascogne can be a bitch.
You'll find some new weapon badges, (they allow you to purchase new weapons) as you progress. A few questions...
Did you find the Hunter armor in the sewers? Have you met up with Eileen the Crow yet?
(The Eileen storyline is awesome)
Now that you've made it to Old Yarnham, you can either deal with the Machine Gun asshat now or bail thru that area and deal with him a different way after beating the Darkbeast about halfway thru the game.
FYI, if you decide to deal with him now, climb the ladder that's leads to him, run fast up to him and hit him several times to knock him off the roof.

Thanks dude..Though I don't think I'm that far yet.. I haven't beat any bosses. I'm at the part where you pull that lever and climb the ladder and then theres a bunch of guys around a fire. I can beat them but then after that I don't know what to do.

Ok. I must've misread...
You're on a very early section of the game. No need to fight everyone. If you get up on the stairs, (on the left) you can avoid all the assholes.
Now that you're in the sewers, you can run past rats and such as well. You'll get more weapons than you will know what to do with. Upgrade the Ludvig's sword once you get there. However, check out Epic Name Bro's playthru. He wrote part of the game guide. Very awesome stuff.
