So where have |Zach| and all the Soccer fans gone?

These guys were out in force last year.

I was at a sports bar for the Royals game Sat night.

After we took the lead there was this table that tried to start that obnoxious "I believe that we will win" chant.

Except no one in the bar joined them and they were told by another table to .

Sporting Park is a fantastic facility went there for a concert and it was really nice. The D2 NCAA football championship should be a great event for that venue. And they have strong ownership, which is awesome considering what we've had to deal w/ in the Hunt and Glass families.

But it's still soccer. The most boring sport on this earth. You just can't put lipstick on this pig. You can polish a turd all you want and it's still going to be a turd. And you just won't find me watching it, it's that simple. I tried watching the Americans play in the (3rd) World Cup because people were getting boners over Tim Howard's play. And while I give him props for his performance, I still couldn't muster even 15 min of my time watching it.

I was just addressing the OP, he asked where all the SKC fans were this year, because last year they were out in force, well, average attendance is up, (standing room only) and 52 sell outs would tell you otherwise...

I dont think SKC is more popular than the Royals right now, since the Royals made the playoffs for the first time in 29 years, everyone who is 15 years old and older, who loves baseball or not are cheering for them...

The most watched event in the world, billions of people disagree with your opinion... Not judging your opinion.. or saying you are wrong... but a lot more people watch that sport than any other in the world...

Seems to me, if the stadium was bigger, attendance would be higher... Also, there is not one bad seat at SKC park...
81 games per year vs. 17 games per year.

Understood..

All i was comparing was last year to this year... not popularity .. more SKC fans than last year,

football and baseball are more popular in the US than soccer...

Plus Royals are 25th in ranking in baseball... Sporting is 5th in MLS

You've said this a bajllion times, and not once have you offered an inkling of why we should care.

Soccer has roughly 3.3 to 3.5 billion fans world wide... But of course what does half the earth's population know about entertainment

This is blow back because Zach talked shit about the Royals and Chiefs all of the past 2 or so years just because SportingKC was winning.

I am by no means a die hard but I do enjoy the sport. Love going to SKC games as well and I root for them too.
