Snack Cracker
Raging argument at work today about the merits of various biscuits and snack crackers. It may be a cracker. It may be a biscuit. It MUST be a snack.

The weakest would be the Saltine. It's the wallpaper paste of crackers.

My contenders for the title?

The Cheeze-It. Made in Kansas City. Tabasco flavor is my favorite.

The Hi-Ho: Screw Ritz. Sunshine Biscuit Company rules. Also made in KC.

Captain's Wafers: The king of the mom and pop diner cracker.

Chicken in a Biscuit: How did they get a chicken into a biscuit? Technology at it's most amazing. It's a chicken. It's a biscuit. Wow. Just....Wow.
