Exoter believes the Chiefs will either let Houston walk, sign him longterm, or will tender him at the 1st & 3rd round draft pick tender.

I do not believe this. I think there's no way the Chiefs let Houston walk or sign him longterm this offseason. He's too valuable and maddingly difficult to sign.

I am betting the Chiefs have to franchise tag him. Let's bet on it, since you were comfortable doing so in another thread.

If Houston is on the tag (either playing or holding out) by Week 1 in 2015, I get to determine your username, avatar, and signature until Week 16. I'll let you back to normalcy by Week 17 and any playoff run the Chiefs might have.

If Houston is not on the tag, you can name your terms.

The point of emphasis that you're missing, Sauto, is that I've generally managed anywhere from 15-45 lube techs to master techs at any one given point, and you're stating here that your "lead tech" and "lube tech" made X and Y amount without plurals, which hits the point that I was getting at. You run a SUPER SMALL BUSINESS. You have probably at best 6 employees for your whole operation, and yet you're talking shit about me being a "fraud" when I clearly didn't say a single god damned thing that implies fraudulent behavior in my own practices. And that 6 employees is an "at best" example, and on top of that you "take home" likely didn't come after taxes and payroll because you're likely "off books" with the IRS and claiming them as 1099 employees which is FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and i wasnt bragging about 1000 take home, it was just what he took home LAST WEEK, you know the most current week.

and im sure the techs make more in the big city of olathe, but the labor rate there is over twice what mine is, something a business man would probably understand exactly how it worked.

and why would i use lead tech as a plural? there can be only one "lead" anything dude...

and i actually have 2 guys that only do LOFs and tires (lof is the term for a lube, oil, filter just in case you didnt know)

and i actually pay all taxes, workmans comp, and even vacation and insurance, uniforms...etc, so NO im not 1099'ing my guys. 941.

nothing i do is "off the books". that is their actual take home pay after taxes and deductions.

just because i chose to work and live here doesnt mean i dont know what im doing, which is something you so wrongly assumed.

Oh wow, two whole guys who do oil changes and tire rotations, woo hoo!!!!!! I currently manage 11 of those! And show me a paystub of you paying a guy 11.10 for oil changes for 40 hours a week and I'll ****ing stop posting on this website for at least a week AND I'll take you off my ignore list, because you can't.

Until then, I think we're pretty much done here.

You CLAIM to have a laser alignment machine. You CLAIM to pay your LOF guys (or just one guy) 11.10/hr, you CLAIM to be busy, you CLAIM to have half the labor rate I do, and you CLAIM to have ASE's.

Where's the proof?

If you're at half my labor rate with significantly less work than I have, there's no way you can pay a guy who is JUST a LOF guy 11.10/hr for 40 hours a week and still be able to pay your "other" guys, of which you didn't refute my 6 or less man claim, which is pretty glaring.

Second, a pay stub shows me that you're paying what you claim, it should also have some kind of employee indicator if its coming from payroll, that indicator you should then be able to cross reference in your own system to show me his/her position.

If you don't have that, then you're just a ****ing tool.

They told me that you are so busy that your parking lot is always full, which tells me nothing. Then a satelite image of your shop shows how little your "parking" is, and the "quality" of the cars you work on, and it was a ****ing joke.

The proof is easy, take a picture, edit out sensitive information, and show me your payroll with more than 6 people on it, not including your and your wife/whatever, and then show me a LOF making 11.10/hr 40 hours a week.

Super simple shit that you should be able to take care of in the type it took you to write that response.
