Couldn't they have just re-signed Dez and gotten the same thing?

Actually, this is a really good point. The entire AFC West should start trading players and picks to stockpile for the 2036 draft, because anything before that point is going to be wasted.

Confirms Grudens plan all along was to strip to the rails and rebuild in his image. The easy part is done but most importantly and the hardest part is.....how to use all those picks. The draft is not a science lol

[Gehlken] Jon Gruden has yet to address WR Amari Cooper’s trade with team. Didn’t mention it during practice or in his address afterward. Expected to do so Wednesday morning at next team meeting. Some players saw Cooper be pulled off field. Didn’t know until checked phones in locker room.

I went ahead and looked up his draft history with the Bucs & Raiders. He's on DV's level as far as drafting, and the two high drafts picks that he's used on QB's were Marques Tuiasosopo and Chris Simms.

The trade will only be good if the picks are good...

I would not be surprised if Carr is next... Either way, I have taken the year off and I go fishing on Sunday now

Sounds about right, does it really matter who runs around blocking for Daks designed runs, or trying to catch his Ricky Vaughn level accuracy passes?

Supposedly they'll trade Karl Joseph for a bag of dicks and pretty much anyone on the team is available for trade save a couple of guys.
