Zack Snyder to direct next Superman film
http://heatvision.hollywoodreporter....medium=twitter
Nolan and Zack Snyder, definitely an interesting team. There are already rumors now that Zod is going to be the villain. I have to say I'm excited that it "appears" they aren't going to go totally out of left field and do something stupid and out of character for Superman. |

Lets hope this is a huge success (I'm hoping its really good and if it is I'm hoping it makes over a billion dollars).
And in the sequel I hope we get Lex Luthor. I wonder who should play him. There are a few actors I have in mind but not quite sure. I'd go with someone relatively young. |

It's already made $170 million in product placement and promotional support. A sequel is all but guaranteed.

I agree with Dub G. Going the Lex route all but guarantees that they'll have to use kryptonite. I think that's lame so I wouldn't mind seeing someone else. Maybe Brainiac? Darkseid? I don't know any other Superman villains.

And yeah I dont really want him to be the main bad guy, I just want him in the movie cause he's one of my favorite comic book characters. |

Luthor is too much a part of the mythos to not show up at some point.
I just hope we get Braniac on screen eventually. |

I love Lex Luther, would prefer if it was the quasi evil one like on smallville compared to the dumb cheesy Kevin Spacey one

A Luther like Eastons portrayal in Smallville would be great.

Yea, unfortunately it looks like most IMAX releases are 3D as well these days. I love IMAX, but hate 3D.

Here's a miscellaneous Superman question, how does Supes cut his hair or shave since he's virtually indestructible and has been through the sun's core without burning his hair off.
