Another quick thought.....
When the Governor brought out his zombie daughter and played the music.....he had a look like she suddenly recognized something from her past? If so, that obviously contridictes Miltons research. What was that red bowl next to him? guts?

So, if Andrea hasn't seen the group since the end of season 2, how did she get her hands on Lori's 'dumb bitch' pills?

For those complaining about Andrea:
I have no problem with her choosing the Governor over Rick's group. She's been away from that group for a long time. It's fundamentally changed, adding new members. The people who she was most attached to in the group (Dale and her sister) are dead. She's now, evidently, in love with the governor (as dumb as that is). On top of that, it's a hell of a lot more interesting, to me, if she makes a conscious and, eventually, informed decision to join up with the governor than if she realizes the governor is evil, then comes running back to Rick and Co. Way more cool to see her eventually become an antagonist along with the Governor, officially switching sides. It makes things a lot more grey in the world. We know that the ends justify the means in this world for both groups. We've seen it time after time. As such, the governor, while definitely more "evil" than Rick as a leader, is still just trying to protect his group and have them prosper. He just does so via preemptive strikes on other groups and social manipulation.

Technically, she didnt choose the Governor over Ricks group, since she at that point she had no knowledge is was Rick invading the compound. It was Andrea choosing the Governor over Michone. Once again, it all goes back to writing problems with Michones character. Shes not developed enough for the audience to care about her, her actions go unexplained....she never talks, just scowls...etc. Why didnt Michone say anything when Andrea put a gun on her? What person would just remain silent and walk off there? Its cool that Andrea "for now" is a villain, but it just needs to be defined better.

And yeah, Michonne is annoying. Her mute act gets really old, especially when she's withholding information that might be beneficial to the group. She knows that Andrea is a former member of that group. She knows that Andre is there and the group could probably use that information. She knew that Daryl/Merle were brothers and were about to come into conflict. Etc...

I know this is a bit off topic from the show but I think it still deals with it a bit. But has the show ever stated anything about how all humans are infected? I mean has anyone wondered how everyone got infected and then start turning to zombies?? The Wiki says nothing about the origin
In my pain medicine induced delirium I came up with a half baked idea on how it all started. To get world wide it would have to be some sort of plan and in 2 parts and it would have to be some sort of lab creation. Lets take everyones favorite villian the Nazis. They are concerned with Eugenics and probably did a ton of research on the perfect race. Well "they" have determined they are the perfect race already and thus setout to weed out those they do not want ruling the planet with. The have to make the infection something that is not easily spotted and rooted out quickly. This is why I said 2 parts. 1 is the payload and 1 is the trigger. The payload is inert without the trigger so thus they can take years to get the dormant infection into everyone. This payload can be delivered via cloud seeding rain water or direct into water supplies. There is no alarm since no one is getting sick or having after effects or dieing. Even those that do die normally don't reanimate without the trigger. So the Nazi scientists have created the payload and now they are authorized to start the trigger. The trigger needs to be airborn and be able to reach out through people breathing it out. This doesn't automatically kill or anything but when you die you become a zombie. By being airborn and no real knowledge of who "patient zero" is the part 2 triggering would be unseen and unknown untill the dead really start to rise. You can install the trigger virus into a cloud burst chemical round. Infect the international troops in Iraq and Afhganistan would help start the spread. Then figure it is airborn from breath and survives a 10 foot radius. Then have those warriors come home to the cities and visit big cities and such. Even place it into a building air supply in a major New York building and infect all them with the trigger. So the Nazi menace thinks they are all smart and they can kill the mindless zombified unpure races whenever they please. They have an antidote for the trigger so the pure race will survive. They are toasting their new victory and doing their little "heil" dance when all of a sudden all their test subjects have broke free and start attacking them. Its a feeding frenzy and you hear the scream of the scientists as the camera pans to one of the computers that is on showing a file called "antidote-Z" So anyway I guess I have too much time on my hands. |

Does Michone know yet that Andrea was a member of Ricks group? I dont think she does yet? She led Ricks group there for Glen and Maggie, not Andrea.

And how did Merle not know Daryl was captured when he was the person dodging bullets from Daryl's AK? Did he shut his eyes and close his ears when Daryl was captured? |

Andrea found her man right after his daughter had just been "murdered". I actually found the scene quite touching. The Gov completely lost it.

Revenge. Governor and his mob do quite a number on her in the comics.

I inferred it from an earlier scene when Andrea and Michonne are arguing and Andrea says, "I've told you EVERYTHING about my life since we've been traveling, and you've told me nothing."

Yeah, but that's not the case on the show. Her single-minded desire to kill the governor seems kind of weird with what we've been shown on the show. I suppose he did send Merle and his goons after her when he'd said she was free to leave, so maybe she's just after him because he tried to have her killed.
