Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started. Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Doing a calorie diet. Started out at 2,200 a week then went down to 1,900 but I'm thinking about boosting it up a little. I mainly eat chicken, some steak, eggs, oatmeal, veggies and fruit. I'll admit this week I did it kind of dirty and ate stuff like Subway but still stayed under my goal I don't want to become skinny fat though so I'll need to quit doing that shit.
I saw Lebrons low carb diet. Dude doesn't look healthy! |

I was in the squat rack today and some kid came up and started un-racking the weights. I'm like "Hey, man, I'm using this." He was clearly annoyed that I was taking too long so he's like "Well....... Finish up."
I thought everyone knew the proper way to let someone know they're taking too long is to ask how many sets they have left.. |

Yeah, let's address an issue right now.
Nothing, and I mean NOTHING pisses me off more than some asshole doing 100 ****ing sets at a station. Unless you're doing rehab, you are a ****ing reerun and should be banned from all gyms.
