I'm going to implement a flag so you can mark the players you are interested in. You will be able to sort by flag status, so that should allow folks to focus on a smaller number of players.

Another question... if somebody is bidding on one of my players with an expiring contract, how do I get notified that the bid has gone through and whether or not I'd like to place the final offer for him?

OK, I've been ****ing off lately and just took my first look at the free agent auction. I see bids anywhere from 1-25. What exactly are we bidding?

1. Sign rookies to rookie contracts. 2. Retain 0 to 2 players with expiring contracts (as long as you sign them to a deal of five years or longer) 3. Pay matching contracts to retain free agents that are about to leave via the free agent process. 4. Bid for and pay free agents in the two free agency cycles. You get $450 per year to cover all of these tasks, and if you don't use all of your funds, they roll over to the next year, albeit with a 50% tax. Note that all free agent contracts are front-loaded. If you're the winning bid, the amount you paid translates to his contract length per the tables on the "Manage Rosters" page. Once he is on your roster, you never have to pay again. However, remember that if you cut him or trade him you don't get any type of refund, so signing everyone to long-term deals will waste some precious dollars.

I had to decline, since Cooper will likely be an absolute beast and he's on a very friendly contract.

I'm not even going to send you an offer because I wouldn't let him go for anything that I'd offer me.

I'm feeling pretty good about my defense, with the exception of ILB. Still would like to get a real NT at some point.

2. When you try to go to the free agent auction, you'll get a nag screen asking you to make a decision about the free agent in question. |

I just saw my first nag screen! Dezmon Moses told me that he was willing to stay, but I thought he had better career opportunities elsewhere and bade him farewell.

As in singular? I'm thinking it's gonna take plural.
So Sorter, how did you get turned onto Cooper? As far fetched as my offers' might have been, thanks for having the decency to at least communicate with me.
