I'm starting to plan a trip to go on safari in the next few years. Any recommendations, experiences, suggestions from this group of people would be highly regarded.

I'd really love to get some solids pics and possibly hunt a leopard(if under the 14k each price range I've regularly seen)

My uncle did one 4 years ago paid for about every grazing animal available, told the locals he was out of money. They said thats okay we got people thAt are hungry. Long story short they turned him loose for a day and he shot 2 waterbuffAlo and and 2 kudu free of charge. Might consider playing that card lol

Craziest thing I saw someone hunt in Africa was cape buffalo with a compound bow

There are a few vids on YouTube but I didn't find the exact one. Seemed intense

Id go there shooting deers and things I will eat. But I don't think people now go to kill things they wouldn't eat.
