Only if their income exceeds certain thresholds. Not sure what percentage of retired people paying income taxes, but I'd certainly guess far less than 50% given that most live off Social Security and modest interest on savings and the like.

Yeah it really is amazing how so many Republicans vote for things against their best interest. Like poor ppl living in sheds in the deep south. Just like I find it odd that rich actors in hollywood vote democrat. Makes no sense to me.
