I'm really trying not to get my heart set on one specific QB because I believe we will get somebody early in Round 1 and it could be any of several players at this point...and what the hell do I know? ...but in spite of this I really want it to be Geno. Damn it.

I had a friend go and watch WV vs. OSU the other day and this is what he said about Geno for what it's worth.

Geno Smith just didn't look right. I mean, his passes are crisp and delivered with good velocity. He's an accurate thrower. He's got great pocket presence. God, I wish I knew why I'm not very impressed by him.

I mean, it's almost as if he doesn't match up well against others. I'd still prefer a Tyler Wilson or a Matt Barkley to Geno Smith.

Man, I wish I knew what it was. But he doesn't look right. He just looks lazy. Like he doesn't care.

But I don't know what it is. Can't quite put my finger on it.
