Well, how would you break it down?

So Bob Dole just got a chance to watch the first 2 drives of the AZ game, and while it is an extremely small sample size, that is easily the best the KC #1 lineup has looked against another team's #1 lineup in years.

Can't wait for the gif of that pass.
I still haven't had the chance to watch this game, but I di get it recorded today, and saw this play as I was coming in and going back out.

That would not have been a TD to any other receiver.

The pass would have taken any receiver OOBs.

One foot inbounds, at best.

There was one foot inbounds, the second only 12 inches out max. A better receiver would have played the ball and set himself up with his route just a a bunch to better. Watch the GIFs, it doesn't look close full speed, but is a lot closer than you think.

I think he got one foot in.

If he had the body control, he could have dragged the second foot.

I have little doubt that Bowe makes that catch more than half the time.

We will just agree to disagree.

Not to mention he more or less launched himself out of bounds. There is very little contact from the defender. Just right hand try to rake the ball, left hand around his back, and a little contact of their legs. Defender literally never tried to force him out.

Watching, finally! On my 60" LCD, the O-line, with the exception of Lilja, are kicking ass. Hudson is a HUGE upgrade and the QB sneak is a perfect example.

Hudson is going to be a monster.

In general, I know it's just pre-season 1, but I think KC O-line has made a great upgrades as well.

Winston + over Richardson
Hudson + over Weigmann

Add in another year of experience by Asamoah.

I think this is probably a very excellent offensive line, and it may, and I emphasize MAY rival the O-line during Vermeil's era, but that's just my opinion.

This line is giving Cassel plenty of time to make good decisions.

Maybe he WILL be Trent Green 2.0 after all...

No, because the gap between 2 HOFers and none is gargantuan.

The best player on our line is on Waters' level.

BUT, it's MORE than good enough for us to be good on offense if the QB doesn't suck.

Once Allen is a starter, this O-line should rival the 2003 line, but for years, instead of one year.
