His arm strength looked good, way better than I expected. And on the two throws that here over shot, they were the correct reads.
I think he has really good chance of starting sooner rather than later. |

Mitch Trubisky looked decent i thought.
He displayed good pocket awareness and had consistent ball placement. He displayed pretty good accuracy. 18/25 166 yards and a TD. So both Watson and Trubisky put together solid pre-season openers. Lets hope our boy does just as well or better.

Just finished watching him. Yeah, i agree. Kizer certainly had the best night of the 3 thus far. Good pocket presence, good velocity on his throws and he seems to have really taken a liking to that pump fake.

It could have been much better actually.
2 of his incompletions should have been caught. 2 were throw aways. 2 was batted down at the line of scrimmage. 1 incompletion should have been defensive pass interference but didn't get called. And what's crazy on his TD to win the game......was that it was 4th and 2. Hell of a decision by Jackson and Kizer to go for the killshot there. |

I had been reading Kizer was tearing it up in camp. I think ill be more impressed when these guys do it against first stringers though.

Trub made some impressive throws and looked pretty good overall, IMO. He looked better than both Watson and Kizer. Bears screwed up with the Glennon signing. Trub looks ready to play.
