That's why you can't get too excited, Mizzou fans
Everything can be gone in the blink of an eye. You program doesn't have enough experience in high-profile situations. This happens to teams every year. The things I've said lately, which you didn't like, should make sense now.

In other news, NU played well, but still couldn't pull it out.

Does that make you feel better? NU played a close game when no one expected it.

You're new when it comes to losing when you team is highly ranked. Sucks, doesn't it?

Yes, I'm sure Nebraska's being good a decade ago is really going to help them in 5 years when they're competitive again.

It doesn't have anything to do with tradition... It has to do with parity, and the fact that OSU is a pretty good team. LSU lost by thirty tonight, and they live in the spotlight.
It was just another Saturday in the Big 12... one ranked team beat another ranked team.
