Some jobs make you work holiday hours you don't wanna work. In this case, it's their companies biggest day to make money. Don't they get double pay or time and a half?

They're not talking about Black Friday, they want Thanksgiving off, which is one of like 2 holidays that retail workers usually get off.

That's not Black Friday. That's Thanksgiving Thursday. Guess it comes down to semantics. I think retail workers should not be forced to work on Thanksgiving. If they are given an option to have the day off with no penalty, I am cool.

Nobody is ever forced to work. Unless serious laws are being broken.
