It's been a hallmark of less solvent leagues for years.

Anytime a league is struggling a bit, you can bank on its profit center teams getting every break in the books. The NBA was notorious for it back when the Lakers and Celtics were winning everything and the NHL has been just as bad since the lockout (and really even a little before that).

Replay just gives them another tool to inequitably enforce.

Sorry, but you're going to have to play 5 on 6 for most of the series. The Blues will have to do the same.

I didn't watch any of the Blues game on Sunday and while I hear I missed a good one, I'm sure my day was better for it. The league needs an enema or at least needs to hide its biases a little bit.
