It might be statistically more dangerous for her to drive. However, if she is IN CONTROL, or THINKS SHE IS, while placing her faith in herself or someone that she knows she has what amounts to a false sense of security.
I'm not afraid to fly so much as I get claustrophobic. I hate being in places where I cannot leave. Does not matter where they are.
