Smith lacks confidence. Panics in the pocket and doesn't keep his eyes downfield. That's everybodys biggest gripe about Smith.

Watson is 180 from Smith in these areas. Oozes confidence. Stays in the pocket. Keeps his eyes down the field. And when he moves from the pocket he still scans the field before running. I think Watson would be awesome with this team.
