There are no bigger douche drivers than in Los Angeles, hands down, by a wide margin. Specifically in Beverly Hills and Brentwood.
I lived there over 40 years. As a driver and cyclist, it's terrible. It's a city with no good public transportation, too many people and everything spread out. You have tons of people who feel they are more important than you and in a hurry to get somewhere.
I drove to a meeting with my boss once. Both lanes on the onramp were packed. He just drove on the shoulder all the way up and onto the freeway, said "I'd just expense the ticket if I got caught."
On the way back he pulled all the way up to a red light in the right turn lane and floored it and merged left when the light turned green, saying, "I'm more important than these people. Dozens of people are relying on me getting back to the office. That's more important."
I moved to Northern California, and people actually stop to let you into a crowded lane. It's awesome. Pay it forward!
