I know how they make that extra crispy chicken....
They put the raw chicken in a powder milk and egg dip, then roll it in the flour, then take the chicken and dunk it back in that milk and egg dip and then flour it again pressing the flour into the chicken.. The fried it in a regular fryer, no pressure cooking on the extra crispy...
