Satisfaction for 1st place. Slightly less satisfaction for 2nd, and a sense of mild frustration for 3rd.
(It's possible at some point to have money prizes, but right now I think we want to avoid that. We want it to be more about enjoying the game at this point, and we also need to prove the system.)
