You could really feel the Chiefs season turning around in this game. Joe Montana even turned in a nifty scramble to end the third quarter, putting the Chiefs in scoring position.
The Chiefs went up 27-7 on a short run by Marcus Allen and it was all but over. The Panthers added a garbage time TD, but this one was an efficient, dominant performance in Week 9.
