He's kind of been spoon fed some good QBs over the years in Peyton Manning, Ben Roethlisberger, Andrew Luck, and Carson Palmer. The only one he had significant input on bringing in was Palmer.

From what little I know, Mahomes is a better fit.
They could also roll the dice and hope that Kizor is there for them in the second round, who, from everything I've read, is probably the prototypical Arien's QB from a physical standpoint.
