Kevin Harlan does the radio version of MNF and does interviews with each starting QB. He says when they walk in the studio you can tell who the leaders are and who are not.
The ones you expect Brady, Peyton, etc. had it. Then said by the way Cassel exudes it as well. Earlier in the broadcast he said Matt is not the answer at QB in KC.
