Whaley's been on thin ice for years and should have been fired when the Pegula's purchased the Bills. They made the same mistake with the Bills as they did the Sabres in allowing current management to continue instead of making immediate changes. Now, they've fired management of the Bills and Sabres in the same week.
Whaley's biggest mistake, as seen by the organization, was trading up for Sammy Watkins instead of staying and taking Odell Beckham, jr.
Whaley has a long string of miscues, not to mention, hiring the Ryan brothers.
