Yes, they are doing most of the heavy lifting, but that doesn't mean Alex isn't playing his part, in fact, its easy to make the case that his play helped the defense out a great deal...
He avoided turnovers which didn't leave them in bad spots
He was our leading rusher, extending drives with his legs and keeping them resting on the bench a little longer
He threw two touchdowns which was enough for them to hold the boys down
I'm not going crazy, but I am giving due credit, he played a fine game today and helped us win a home opener against some badly detested mfers.
