Sorry about the balances. I was concerned that some of the programming bugs had caused some of the balances to be wrong.
So I did an audit.
current salary points + value of contracts + value of bids should equal 1300.
About 3/4 of the accounts balanced to the penny. A few did not and most of those differences were small to medium (60 points off). One was low by several hundred points.
I decided to apply an accounting correction to the balances that audited different from $1300 to bring them back into balance.
I didn't think about some balances going negative.
