Last episode was pretty good.

Was great seeing Morgan again; really sad about his son though. He should have killed his whore wife when he had the chance. That's just the world they live in now.

Speaking of that, seeing how cold everyone has become is pretty different as well. The hitchhiker was the most obvious indicator of that, but also when they got to Morgans fort. He ordered them to drop their weapons and Michonne said something to the effect of "we need that gun". They were fully prepared to do whatever it took to steal the mans weapon (and probably his only means of survival).
