Depends... The overall specs are better but nothing that makes it a MUST HAVE... so you need to determine if one of the other features is worth it.
The only thing that I would have to consider is the IR blaster which would let me use the phone as a universal remote. I'd find that convenient and could also wreak some havoc at bars...
