Russell has been the least impressive of all of the newly acquired CB's. I really don't give a shit that he missed a few weeks of install, because like Dee Ford, he doesn't seem to "get it". Hopefully, the lightbulb comes on at some point soon.
I really don't give a shit about a late 4th round pick that will take years to develop before he contributes.

Well, that's how you continue u ally stay relevant in the nfl. Developing talent that doesn't have to play right away.
If you're expecting every draft pick to come in and be a difference maker or get it, right away, you're probably going to be left a little disappointed
