Sometimes tumors remiss by themselves for seemingly unknown reasons. It's dangerous to attribute it to something without being sure.

I don't believe it's dangerous that someone is sharing their experiences, I just don't see it. I've yet to see anyone claim that yogurt has cured their cancer, and i've seen many different claims.
