TJ Moe will, at the very least, be a hell of a ST player. He's got great hands and he's tough as a $2 steak, but he really struggles to get separation. Of course, some of that may also be due to having a RB throw him passes for the last two years. He looked like the next Welker when Gabbert was QB.
