OK...here ya go! saw this movie. I'll admit it wasn't the greatest zombie flick...but it kept my interest (more than I can say about a lot of movies) and I really wanted to know what was gonna happen.
this couple are on a beach laying on towels and this zombie comes walking out of the ocean and barfs black stuff all over the guys face. he progressively becomes a living zombie. kills and eats some folks. she loves him and won't leave him.
