Assuming that they keep who is on the other end of the phone the same, then the "pregnant" zombie is even more impactful. After all, Rick gave it a C-section, thus "giving birth" to Lori on the other end of the line. This neatly parallels the birth scene of his actual daughter last week. That's some pretty cool stuff that the show writers added in.

What are u out talking about? That wasn't a pregnant zombie. The zombie ATE Lorie by itself. It was so full it couldn't move. Why Rick stabbed its stomach full of him dead wife I have no idea.
