He doesn't have the weak arm every one says, depending on the shoulder of course. But to make all these claims that he's not this or that, seems to show we (yeah, myself included at times) have put on some blinders.
Another guy against popular opinion, is EJ Manuel. Intriguing prospect. Will take a while to groom obviously, but in terms of talent he has alot.

Barkley wasnt good this year and did nothing but interview at the combine. Im sorry, i still just dont buy that he wasnt able to do anything at the combine.
