I believe she overheard Glen and Maggie talking about the baby and felt a sense of obligation to help out once they got hauled off. No idea how she found the prison? Like i mentioned before, they have established Woodbury and the prison being fairly close now…..not sure how I feel about that….but its obviously needed to drive the plot forward.
