I considered it and remembered how Gibbs was under Clancy Pendergast and probably needed help game planning. Clancy was pretty ****ing stupid.
Think about what you are saying. Do you really think RAC didn't participate in the game planning on the defensive side of the ball?
That idea is more rational than thinking he didn't. Oh well, I'm going to drop it.
