easiest solution is to buy a VESA conversion plate (easy to find online) then glue the crap out of that to the monitor. Use the strongest epoxy you can find.

If you are worried about it coming unglued... you could also attach a piece of metal bent to an L-shape as a safeguard in case it does. Here is a pretty MSPAINT pic of what I mean...
