The biggest problem the Ravens would still have is there weren't mobile QBs who could run and throw like Mahomes and Rodgers can. There were guys who could certainly pass the ball, and guys like Kordell Stewart who could run, but they weren't anywhere near the level of passer that you'd see today. Of course their DBs could maul the KC receivers without penalty.

Great post and I agree with this. Chiefs offense isn't built to score pts in the early 2000s it's built to score pts in today's era. Ravens defense it is the same thing only reversed.
One aspect that is in the Ravens favor is that when great defenses go against great offenses often times the defense is the winner. All you have to do is look at Broncos vs Seahawks Super Bowl XLVIII
