No... he is making an incorrect statement, and since you love distinctions, whilst Kaep is making his statement in a manner people find to be incorrect.
Flachiefs asserts that it Kaeps protest is paramount to spitting in the face of every serviceman. There have been several vets here on CP alone that have disagreed with that assertion much less across the entire internet where the #vetsforkaep took off.
It would be akin to Flachiefs asserting that the world is flat and you chastising us for correcting him on the matter when we know better. A strongly held belief does not equal truth.
