-Terrific first half performance. Efficient, sustained really long drives. The 3 TDs they scored seemed almost too easy. That's nice to see when you're piecing away 10 yards at a time (versus a few lucky deep strikes... which you might call a fluke). Even the drive where we punted we looked solid.
-3rd quarter.... what can you say? 8 minute drive driving all the way up to the 1 yard line. Should have put that ball into the end zone, but hard to put much blame there
-4th quarter, we looked absolutely terrible, Smith included. We were in a comfortable lead at that point but I think most of us were waiting for the Chiefs to put the game away, but I think we have to settle for the idea that we're probably not going to do that much
It was a very efficient game for Alex Smith. For the first 3 quarters, we moved the ball at will. Some of that was set up by really good field position because DAT was terrific in the return game today. Another one of those games where the Chiefs dominated on offense but it's hard to explain why, since they dominate in a really boring way
