Bring it to the attention of the judge who's presiding over the trial that's begun. Point to it as a sign of a bad faith prosecutor.

Unless your mother was on the stand, I don't see why he'd have brought that up. If mom doesn't have a record, and you can use the response in an appropriate way, point that out in order to discredit the prosecutor as a liar.

Ask him if he has an expert who'll testify that the video has been Photoshopped. If he says that he doesn't, object to the judge.

Win at trial and give him the finger on the way out of the courtroom
and/or
Beat his ass to a bloody pulp
Just understand that doing that second one can result in the two of you meeting in court for another trial.
