You don't have to say he/she. He still has a penis, so he's a man. Sure, maybe it's a mutilated, inside-out penis. But it's still a penis. So he's still a he. We're talking about who he is physically and not who he is mentally/emotionally.
Hey, it's fine if you want to be who you feel inside. But we can't act like Mr. Jenner doesn't look hilarious, because it's considered improper.
This guy felt like he was a Lizard. So he did the necessary body modifications to look as much like a Lizard as he could. It doesn't mean he doesn't look hilarious/ridiculous. And it doesn't mean, he's no longer physically a man.
He wants to be a lizard/woman. And that's ****ing great! Be the best damn lizard/woman you can be. But don't expect me to not laugh out loud a little bit because of how ridiculous you look. And don't call me an asshole when I do.
