As for the Mackensie Alexander debate, I see him as a Alterraun Verner clone. Not great, very average and solid. He's not going to win you games but he probably isn't going to lose you any all by himself either. Overall, don't know that I see Alexander as a good schematic fit. I think he'll operate best as a zone defender.

I completely disagree.
As much as it would be nice to have a third, there's no way I'm dropping 10 spots and getting an inferior player. That makes absolutely no sense.
With at least three QB's going off the board before 28, as well as at least two left tackles, a couple of safeties and linebackers, there's a very good chance that the Chiefs get a blue chipper at 28.
The same can't be said at 38.
