We're in the growing phase, for def, which is why the people trying to run him out of town are so dumb. He's growing every year and he's going to blossom into a fantastic all-around coach, but these dumbasses want us to invest the time and money to put him in that position only to watch him bloom elsewhere.
This is such a huge relief, it's indescribable. Huge mental hurdle removed from the program going forward.
