Mmmm sushi.
Here are my top 3 Fav's:
1) Coast in Chi-town. (
http://coastsushi.net/coastsushi/default.asp) Best Sushi I've ever had, hands down. They made a roll for us that wasn't on the menu, and it seriously, was an explosion of taste in the mouth. Unbelievable.
2) Purple in Greensville, SC. (
http://www.thepurplebistro.com/) Quaint little place, that has the best Chef I've ever seen. His house roll is to die for, and he cuts them in squares. Very delicious.
3) Mukini's in Sacramento. (
http://www.mikunisushi.com/en/) Great environment, and the rolls were so good, it was a rare treat. I hear any Mukini's is divine.
I have yet to find a really good sushi place in KC.
