Allen Bailey has been used as a situational rusher, not an everydown DE. He would need to bulk up to play on 1st down. He is also
6'3'' and has 34" arms, which is nowhere close to Donald. not exactly the same build.

chiefs have already acquired players to fit the scheme of a 3-4 Defense. Are you suggesting that the team get rid of all those guys just to fit a 4-3 for Donald? That would require a rebuild, and the chiefs brass have already stated they are sticking with the 3-4.
